1. Return Eligibility
- Customers can return/exchange products within 7 days.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags.
- Certain items (underwear, swimwear, accessories) cannot be returned.
2. Exchange Policy — Free Size Exchange
- Ordered the wrong size? We'll exchange it once per order, completely free — we cover the return shipping cost, no charge to you.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags on, and the exchange must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- If your size isn't available, we'll offer store credit or a full refund instead.
3. Refunds
- Refund via original payment method (card → card, COD → bank transfer/e-wallet).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or part of a free size exchange.
- Refunds processed in 7–14 business days.
4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items — 30-Day Guarantee
- If your item arrives with a fabric or manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos/video proof.
- We'll provide a free replacement or full refund, including shipping both ways — no cost to you.
