Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Customers can return/exchange products within 7 days.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags.
- Certain items (underwear, swimwear, accessories) cannot be returned.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchange for size or color is possible (if available).
- If unavailable, store credit or a refund will be provided.
3. Refunds
- Refund via original payment method (card → card, COD → bank transfer/e-wallet).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds processed in 7–14 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Contact within 48 hours with proof (photo/video).
- Free replacement or full refund will be provided.

2. Provide the order number, reason, and photos if needed.
3. We will arrange the pickup or exchange process.
