Shipping policy

Delivery within Cairo and Giza takes 2–4 business days, while other governorates may take 3–7 business days depending on the courier and location.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and shown before payment, with possible free shipping promotions for qualifying orders.

Customers should inspect items upon delivery and report any damage or error within 24 hours.

It’s important to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, as incorrect details may result in additional re-delivery fees.

Cash on delivery "COD" is available with a small courier fee, and customers should have the exact amount ready at delivery. 

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors such as traffic or weather, and customers will be notified in case of any expected delay.
